The Challenge
Drivers often struggled with unclear delivery instructions, getting lost in unfamiliar areas, and not having proper proof of delivery. On the other hand, customers couldnāt directly communicate with drivers, experienced delays or missed deliveries, and had no way to leave specific instructions like āleave at the guardā or āwith a neighbor
The Solution
To address this, I designed a driver app that simplifies the entire delivery flow. The app allows drivers to easily clock in and out, follow smart navigation with traffic updates, and record proof of delivery with just a few taps. Customers can leave clear delivery notes, while HR gets accurate attendance data without the usual paperwork.
The Result
The new app makes deliveries faster and smoother. Drivers spend less time figuring out instructions, customers stay updated, and HR has better control of records. The process is now more reliable, efficient, and ready to support the companyās move into digital operations.
