In this project, I focused on creating a structured booking flow and a management dashboard to solve the inefficiencies of using generic tools. The goal was to make the process clear, reliable, and easy to handle on both ends.

The Challenge
The business relied on Google Forms for bookings, which caused inconsistent data and confusion for customers. On top of that, there was no system in place for staff to manage bookings, making it difficult to track reservations, update statuses, or follow up efficiently.
The Solution
I designed a dedicated booking flow with a step-by-step process that collects essential data from the start, reducing errors and confusion. To support the operations side, I created a Booking Dashboard where the team can view, manage, and track all bookings in real time. As an added feature, I introduced an inbox section so communication between staff and customers could happen within the platform itself.
The Result
The new system replaced the generic booking method with a more structured and reliable process. Customers now enjoy a smoother experience, while the team benefits from better organization, faster updates, and clearer communication. This improved accuracy, efficiency, and overall satisfaction for both sides.
