The Challenge
The main challenge was to simplify financial transactions for users while keeping the platform reliable and easy to navigate. Bayad wanted a modern look without losing the trust they’ve built over the years.
The Solution
I designed user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups in Figma, turning business requirements and feedback into intuitive interfaces. I also built a design system, created custom graphics, and worked closely with the UX team and developers to ensure everything felt seamless.
The Result
The updated designs made the mobile app more accessible, consistent, and visually engaging. It gave users a smoother experience while helping Bayad strengthen its identity as a trusted and modern financial service.
